MS Dynamics 365 Engineer

Job Title : M365 Engineer

Locations : HYD/Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, to meet business requirements.

- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions to ensure secure access to resources.

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect M365 data and prevent unauthorized access.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 services to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction.

- Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and security.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize the M365 environment.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing infrastructure and applications.

- Document M365 configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

- Proven expertise in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity management.

- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices for M365 environments.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.

- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and security.

- Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and related technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
