Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on business requirements.

- Develop custom components such as plugins, JavaScript scripts, workflows, and custom entities.

- Build applications and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Develop and manage external portals using Power Pages.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs and connectors.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing CRM solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure best practices in CRM customizations, security roles, data model design, and performance optimization.

- Manage deployment, version control, and documentation of customizations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development.

- Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and development of custom plugins.

- Experience in designing and customizing CRM forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.

- Solid understanding of Power Pages, portal development, and integration.

- Experience with Dataverse, security roles, and solutions management.

- Understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and deployment processes
