Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365/Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' business processes, leading to improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365, leveraging .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to meet specific business requirements.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance, to align with client workflows and processes.

- Develop and maintain workflows and business rules within Dynamics 365 to automate tasks and improve data quality.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs and other integration technologies to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Create and customize PowerApps and Power Automate flows to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and provide mobile solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

- Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance.

- Strong proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with Azure services and API integration.

- Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.

- Minimum 5- 9 years of experience in MS Dynamics/CRM development.
