Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to lead solution architecture, design, and governance across enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning, ensure scalability, and support pre-sales activities including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Contact Center, and Field Service.

- Design and implement solutions leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

- Define and implement platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategies, and environment management frameworks.

- Establish robust security models, data governance policies, and compliance standards.

- Lead end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices in design and delivery.

- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and customer proposal creation.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).

- Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).

- Proven experience in defining architecture, governance frameworks, and ALM strategies.

- Strong understanding of security models, integrations, and enterprise architecture.

- Experience in handling client-facing roles and pre-sales activities.

- Ability to lead technical teams and drive solution delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
