Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CRM) Developer with strong expertise in CRM customization, development, integrations, and Power Platform technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-scale CRM solutions and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

2. Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities, and business process automation.

3. Build and customize Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.

4. Develop and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation.

5. Create and maintain PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls and JavaScript customizations.

6. Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Azure Functions, Webhooks, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.

7. Manage Dataverse entities, relationships, security roles, and solution deployments.

8. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities.

9. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for CRM applications.

10. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
