About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics (D365 CE) Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), PCF Controls Development, Azure Functions, and JavaScript Customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

- Develop and maintain PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls.

- Build and customize plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and actions.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Azure services and APIs.

- Implement Azure Functions for business process automation and integrations.

- Manage solution deployments across environments.

- Work on Power Automate workflows and process automation.

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams.

Experience Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Development.

- Strong experience in PCF Controls Development (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Dynamics 365 Integrations (Mandatory).

- Expertise in Plugins, JavaScript, Workflows, Custom Workflows, and Actions.

- Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and deployment processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
