Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer / Consultant for a high-priority Dynamics implementation.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, particularly around template and document generation, solution design, testing, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement enhancements in Dynamics 365 CE.

- Work on template and document generation.

- Prepare detailed solution design documentation.

- Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality builds.

- Prepare and deliver functional demos to business stakeholders.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices across development, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.

- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.

- Strong solution design and technical documentation skills.

- Experience with unit testing and build quality.

- Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills.

Good to Have :

- Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and broader Microsoft Power Platform experience.
