About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM Specialist to design, configure, and implement enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, transforming customer service, sales, and marketing operations into high-performing, automated workflows.
Whether your strength lies in technical development (plugins, JavaScript, Power Apps) or functional architecture (solution design, configuration, business processes), you will play a critical role in delivering scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Architecture & Configuration : Design and configure D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) using out-of-the-box capabilities, custom entities, forms, views, and business process flows.
- Custom Customization & Coding : Develop custom extensions, including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript for client-side scripting, and custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Integration & Data Migration : Build secure integrations between D365 CRM and external systems (ERP, SQL databases, third-party APIs) using Azure Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps), Power Automate, or SSIS.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Gather complex business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical design documents (FDD/TDD).
- System Maintenance & Upgrades : Troubleshooting system bugs, optimizing platform performance, and managing regular Microsoft release wave updates to ensure zero business disruption.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE ecosystems.
- Technical Stack :
1. Strong proficiency in C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript for custom development.
2. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse).
3. Familiarity with fetchXML, Web APIs, and OData endpoints.
- Data Mastery : Experience mapping data architectures and executing complex data migrations using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Dataverse data flows.
- ALM Best Practices : Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including solution management, environment strategy, and source control via Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Soft Skills : Strong analytical thinking, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users.
- Preferred Certifications : Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), MB-210 (Sales), MB-230 (Customer Service), or MB-400/PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
