Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing practice in Gurgaon. In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex business requirements and robust ERP solutions, leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, developers, and key business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable system designs. By optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless system adoption, you will directly influence the digital transformation journey of our clients, driving operational efficiency and long-term business value across their organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central by translating client business processes into functional design documents to ensure the solution aligns with organizational goals.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify system enhancements that improve productivity and reporting accuracy.

- Configure and customize Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory, to meet specific industry requirements and streamline workflows.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide expert-level training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates and effective system utilization post-go-live.

- Partner with technical development teams to oversee the delivery of custom extensions and integrations, ensuring that all technical solutions remain scalable and maintainable.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery to deployment.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities in solution design, with the ability to map complex business scenarios into standard and custom ERP functionalities.

- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage client expectations, lead workshops, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in the Delhi NCR region.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a solid understanding of accounting principles and supply chain management processes.

- Bring 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in functional consulting, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver high-quality ERP solutions that meet rigorous business standards.
