What This Role Requires:

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do :

Roles and Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Architecture :

- Define enterprise AI roadmap for clients

- Design scalable GenAI, ML, and data solutions

- Evaluate and implement LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, etc.)

- Establish AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks

Consulting & Client Engagement :

- Lead AI discovery workshops

- Translate business problems into AI solution blueprints

- Present AI value propositions to CXO-level stakeholders

- Position AI as productivity multiplier, not just experimentation

Solution Development & Reusability :

- Create reusable AI accelerators and frameworks

- Drive AI CoE initiatives internally

- Standardize prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment models

- Ensure production-grade implementation

Revenue & Growth Enablement :

- Support pre-sales and proposal development

- Identify AI-led cross-sell and upsell opportunities

- Mentor BU leaders on AI positioning

- Contribute to AI-led growth strategy

Team Leadership & Capability Building :

- Build and mentor AI Architects and engineers

- Foster Adopt to Scale mindset

- Promote AI-first thinking across delivery teams

- Drive continuous upskilling initiatives

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role :

- 7+ years in Data, AI, or Advanced Analytics

- 3+ years hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM ecosystems

- Strong understanding of :

a. LLM architectures

b. Prompt engineering

c. RAG pipelines

d. AI evaluation frameworks

e. MLOps & deployment

- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma preferred)

- Proven consulting or client-facing experience
