Role : Curam Business Analyst

Who are we looking for? :

- Seasoned Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, including more than 5 years of hands-on expertise as a Curam SPM Business Analyst delivering solutions for public sector and social welfare programs.

- Proven ability in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Agile project delivery, stakeholder engagement, functional design, testing support, and converting complex business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Curam Social Program Management (SPM) platform.

- Extensive experience in Curam business analysis, solution design, development lifecycle support, architecture discussions, systems integration, production support, and project delivery.

- Strong understanding of Curam modules, business processes, citizen services, eligibility and entitlement management, case management, and evidence management.

- Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and mapping business requirements to standard Curam capabilities.

- Experience of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and business validation testing activities.

- Good understanding of API integrations, external system interfaces, and data exchange concepts.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Good to have exposure to UK legislative rules, welfare programs, benefits administration, and social services domain processes.

Process Skills :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions to identify business needs.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and developers throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Provide production support analysis and assist in incident investigation and resolution when required.
