HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a technically strong HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specializing in BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).

The candidate will be responsible for developing custom reports, managing HCM data loads, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering efficient technical solutions to support HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, including data models, SQL queries, templates, and report layouts.

- Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports to meet HR reporting and analytics requirements.

- Manage HDL-based data loading, including data preparation, validation, error handling, and troubleshooting data load failures.

- Work with HCM data structures and subject areas to extract, transform, validate, and report HR data accurately.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reports, data loads, and reporting performance.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, data validation, and technical documentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of delivered solutions.

- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud technical components.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting.

- Strong hands-on expertise in BIP Reports, OTBI, and HDL.

- Good knowledge of SQL and report data models, including query development and optimization.

- Experience in HCM data loading, data validation, and resolving HDL errors.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, data structures, and reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

A technically proficient candidate with practical implementation or support experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, strong reporting and data management capabilities, and the ability to independently handle technical requirements and resolve complex issues.
