Role Overview :

As a Technical Project Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical architecture and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that high-stakes data migration and platform integration projects are delivered on time and within scope. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects, and product owners, you will drive technical excellence, mitigate project risks, and ensure that our data-centric solutions provide measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client requirements.

- Manage the integration and migration of data platforms, specifically leveraging Snowflake DB and SAP HANA to ensure high-performance data architecture.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum processes to maintain team velocity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines.

- Communicate project status, technical hurdles, and resource requirements to senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure transparency.

- Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring that quality assurance and security protocols are integrated into every phase of development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale data projects involving Snowflake DB and SAP HANA environments.

- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in SDLC management, with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions from inception to deployment.

- Possession of a PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification to validate rigorous process adherence.
