Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. You will work within an agile team to build robust microservices-based solutions on cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot

- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

- Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture

- Experience with REST API design and integration

- Proficiency with AWS cloud services

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture

- Exposure to React or Angular for full-stack capabilities

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field.

Location : Chennai (Hybrid 3 days in office)
