POSITION SUMMARY :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Full Stack with strong hands-on experience across frontend, backend, database management, and Azure cloud services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and integrations, while also supporting production environments.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, React, and Azure services.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, system integrations, batch data transfers, and data ingestion pipelines.

- Perform database design, query optimization, and T-SQL development to support high-performance systems.

- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting integration issues within Azure environments.

- Analyze application logs, dumps, threads, and traces using tools such as Application Insights, ELK, Splunk, WinDbg, PerfView, dotTrace, etc.

- Work on both development and support projects, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and agile teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 7-9 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, or a related field.

- Familiarity with AI tools (generative and agentic AI) and experience integrating these into business processes.

- Ability to bridge functional and technical teams to execute complex cross-disciplinary initiatives.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to translate regulatory requirements into technical features and vice versa.

- Experience with AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, or workflow automation tools.

- Exposure to Agile/iterative development practices and collaborative tooling (e.g, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub).

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Backend & Frameworks :

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP. NET MVC, ASP. NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core

- Experience with . NET Framework 4. x and . NET 6 / 7 / 8 / 9

Frontend :

- Hands-on experience with Angular and ReactJS

- Strong understanding of modern UI development and integration with backend services

Database & Data :

- Strong experience with MSSQL, Azure SQL, and Raw SQL

- Expertise in query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and SSMS

- Experience in handling batch data transfers and data ingestion processes

Cloud & Integration :

- Hands-on exposure to Azure Cloud, including:

- Azure Functions

- Logic Apps

- Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- Azure Service Bus

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging systems (MSMQ, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

Infrastructure & Hosting :

- Experience with IIS hosting, Windows Services, application pools, and configuration management

Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

Strong experience in production monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning using :

- Application Insights

- ELK

- Splunk

- WinDbg

- PerfView

- dotTrace
