We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process, gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Function as the primary functional consultant for Sirion CLM implementations.

- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Manage end-to-end solution design in alignment with client needs.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

- Provide best practice guidance on CLM processes and Sirion platform capabilities.

- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations as needed.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 + years of experience working with Sirion CLM platform.

- In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows.

- Proven experience managing design and configuration end-to-end.

- Ability to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations.

- Experience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal Tech.

- Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS).

- Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available).
