Moonshine Technology - Lead Software Engineer - Java

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Java

- Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship

- Architect robust and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements

- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Drive performance optimization and system reliability

Requirements :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Java

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot / Spring MVC

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture

- Experience with REST APIs, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and caching (Redis)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

- Strong problem-solving and system design skills

- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring
