- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java.

- Lead architecture and system design for high-traffic, low-latency systems.

- Build and evolve microservices and distributed system components.

- Optimize performance, concurrency, and database interactions.

- Drive code quality through reviews and engineering best practices.

- Debug complex production issues and improve system reliability.

- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of backend development experience with strong Java expertise.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis).

- Experience with messaging/streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ) preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization (Docker/K8s) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Prior experience in high-scale or real-time systems preferred.
