Moonshine Technology - Engineering Manager - DevOps

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and scale AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, EKS, Lambda, VPC, S3, API Gateway)

- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes

- Manage Kubernetes environments (EKS preferred)

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems

- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)

- Drive incident management, RCA, and system improvements

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and release velocity

- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering

- 2+ years of experience in team management / leadership roles

- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS ecosystem

- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- Strong experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

- Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems

Good to Have :

- Exposure to high-scale consumer or gaming platforms

- Experience with cloud security best practices

- Background in SRE practices and reliability engineering
