We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer specializing in casual games or the B2C domain to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to problem-solve, conduct thorough research, and exhibit an excellent sense of understanding user and business needs.

Requirements :

- Master's or Bachelors degree in any related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Hands on experience between 5 - 7 years.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on designing interfaces in mobile games or B2C products.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed design decisions.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the intersection of design and gameplay.

Responsibilities :

- Problem Solving : Identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance gameplay, user interaction, and overall experience.

- Research : Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with industry trends and user preferences.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, artists, and product managers to translate game concepts into compelling visual designs.

- Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and testing.

- Documentation : Produce design documentation, style guides, and specifications to communicate design concepts and guidelines effectively to development teams.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and meet the desired standards.
