Technical Project Manager :

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who has grown through the ranks from hands-on development to Team Leadership and now Project/Program Management.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technology deeply and can lead projects strategically from concept to delivery.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless execution of projects while driving quality, timelines, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects from initiation to delivery

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams for smooth execution

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans

- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and ensure milestone adherence

- Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient delivery

- Oversee system design discussions, technical documentation, and QA processes

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

- Coordinate deployments, integrations, and post-release improvements

- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations

- Contribute to presales, estimations, and solutioning

- Work with external vendors and partners when required

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Developer/Team Lead/Project/Program Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Project/Program Management

- Strong hands-on background in software development

- Proven experience in team handling and technical leadership

- Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and databases

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices

- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project

- Strong expertise in risk management and quality assurance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
