Moolya - Senior AEM Developer/Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer / Lead to design and deliver scalable digital consumer experiences using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM development, content management solutions, and cloud integrations, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement digital consumer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.2+), Assets & Social.

- Build advanced AEM features including multi-site & multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multilingual capabilities, and automated workflows.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to web content management implementations.

- Collaborate with clients to define end-to-end solution architecture and technical specifications.

- Design scalable content & collaboration solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Write high-quality application code and custom extensions for the AEM platform.

- Review code and implementation across teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Define implementation processes, quality gates, and best practices in collaboration with architects.

- Mentor senior developers and guide them on design and development standards.

- Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Solution Designers, Principals, Client Development Managers, and Support Teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions.

Must Have Skills :

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.2 or above)

- Strong Java / J2EE development experience

- JSP

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Spring / Spring Boot

- EJBs / Struts

- Adobe Marketing Cloud knowledge

- AEM Cloud Service integrations

- DevOps experience

- Jenkins, Maven

Educational Qualification :
