Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect-tracking tools.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

- Validate fixes and ensure proper defect resolution before release.

- Execute test cycles and provide test status and quality reports.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project guidelines.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

- Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
