We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, SRS)

- Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to support solution design and delivery

- Create process flows, data flows, and system diagrams

- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies

- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis

- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

- Ensure solutions align with business goals, technical feasibility, and quality standards

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation

- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and system interfaces

- Ability to create clear documentation and diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
