MonoSpear Technologies - Senior ERP Technical Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Technical Consultant to lead technical development, customization, and integration across ERP platforms (preferably Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion / SAP). This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ERP technical components including interfaces, reports, conversions, extensions, and workflows (RICEFW)

- Lead technical solutioning and contribute to architecture decisions for ERP enhancements and integrations

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL, SQL queries, and database objects

- Build and support integrations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware (SOA/OIC or equivalent)

- Customize ERP applications using tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, or equivalent technologies

- Analyze technical requirements and prepare detailed Technical Design Documents (TDD)

- Provide L2/L3 support by troubleshooting complex production issues and ensuring system stability

- Perform data migration, data conversion, and system upgrade activities

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and deployment activities

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in PL/SQL and SQL

- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar)

- Experience in :

1. ERP customizations and extensions

2. Interfaces and integrations (APIs, web services, SOA)

3. Reporting tools (XML Publisher / BI Publisher or equivalent)

- Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) or similar frameworks

- Experience with Oracle Workflow / AME or equivalent workflow tools

- Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization
