Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

The role involves managing end-to-end SCM processes, supporting business users, and driving enhancements across supply chain modules.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient and scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day application support by handling incident tickets, service requests, and change requests through the service desk

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within Oracle SCM modules

- Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and solution designs

- Configure and implement enhancements across SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics

- Collaborate with technical teams for development, customization, and integration activities

- Conduct system testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment of changes

- Support end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts

- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training sessions for end users

- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and system integrity across SCM operations

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales) for seamless integration

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SCM processes

Core Modules Expertise :

- Inventory Management

- Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement)

- Order Management

- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) good to have

- Warehouse Management (WMS) good to have

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules

- Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes

- Experience in at least 1- 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations

- Ability to create functional design documents (FDD), BRD, and test scenarios

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in handling production support and SLA-driven environments

- Good understanding of ERP integration points across modules
