About the Role :

We are seeking experienced SAP Project System (PS) Functional Consultants to join our enterprise SAP transformation team for challenging global implementation and rollout projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP PS processes, project lifecycle management, budgeting, cost control, and cross-functional integrations within complex enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in configuring SAP PS solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders, and supporting large-scale SAP implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Candidates with exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Agile methodologies, and integration technologies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) functionalities based on business requirements.

- Work extensively on project lifecycle management processes including :

1. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

2. Networks & Activities

3. Project Planning & Scheduling

4. Cost Planning & Budgeting

5. Resource Planning

6. Settlement & Result Analysis

7. Milestone Billing

8. Project Procurement & Material Planning

- Design and implement project structuring and costing solutions aligned with business processes.

- Configure project profiles, coding masks, status profiles, planning profiles, and settlement rules.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, availability control, and project cost monitoring activities.

- Work on integration between SAP PS and:

- SAP FI/CO

- SAP SD

- SAP MM

- SAP CATS / HCM

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end business process integration.

- Support MRP integration and project-based procurement processes.

- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.

- Prepare functional specifications, process flow documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.

- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.

- Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
