Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Management and Learning modules.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, module configuration, integrations, reporting, and support, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM processes along with technical expertise in integrations, extensions, and reporting across Oracle HCM and external learning/skills platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learning modules.

- Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

- Configure and manage modules including :

1. Talent Management

2. Goal Management

3. Performance Management

4. Career Development

5. Succession Planning

6. Learning Management

- Support end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Design and develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external platforms such as learning management systems, skills platforms, HR applications, and third-party vendors.

- Work on inbound and outbound integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and extracts for business stakeholders.

- Configure security roles, approval workflows, alerts, and notifications.

- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM modules and integrations.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, business users, and vendors for solution design and issue resolution.

- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation/support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning modules.

- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and module customization.

- Experience with testing, migration, and production support
