About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Watson technologies or a solid foundation in AI engineering, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn IBM Watson tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using IBM Watson products, including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, Watson Studio, and Watsonx.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and IBM Watson technologies.

Key Requirements :

- 610 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.

- Hands-on experience with IBM Watson technologies or equivalent AI platforms.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with generative AI models and fine-tuning techniques.

- Familiarity with large language models and natural language processing.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
