- Administer, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases across development, QA, and production environments.

- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.

- Implement backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.

- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in MongoDB.

- Write and maintain scripts (Python or Shell) for automation, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and database integration requirements.

- Participate in database upgrades, migrations, and patch management.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expert-level experience in MongoDB administration.

- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and high availability strategies.

- User and role management in MongoDB.

- Scripting skills in Python or Shell.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of PL/SQL or other relational databases.

- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

- Exposure to Java applications interacting with MongoDB.
