Module Lead SAP PP / QM / PM / EHS (Manufacturing) :

Experience : 8 to 12+ years.

Role Summary :

SAP Module Lead responsible for end-to-end design, implementation, and support of SAP Manufacturing solutions across Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Environment, Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP PP, QM, PM, and EHS solution design and delivery.

- Manage production planning, shop floor execution, maintenance, and quality processes.

- Oversee EHS compliance, incident management, and safety processes.

- Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design.

- Manage integration with SAP MM, SD, and S/4HANA.

- Lead testing, cutover, go-live, and production support.

- Mentor team members and manage stakeholder communication.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP PP, QM, PM, and/or EHS modules.

- Knowledge of manufacturing, production, quality, and maintenance processes.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience.

- Global rollout and multi-site implementation exposure.
