Role : Module Lead .NET

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Role Overview :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications

- Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, and database layers

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural best practices, and quality benchmarks

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development using .NET 6+, .NET 8, and .NET Framework 4.7

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to development team members

- Review and approve code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability

- Design and implement applications using MVC and Web API architectures

- Develop and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL

- Implement efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning

- Integrate and manage web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, jQuery, and AJAX

- Perform failure analysis, debugging, and production issue resolution

- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in development workflows

- Ensure proper use of design patterns, reusable components, and clean architecture

- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations

- Maintain version control and collaboration using Git

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies

- Strong experience with MVC and Web API

- Proven experience handling projects on .NET Framework 4.7 and .NET 6+/8

- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
