Location : Bangalore (5 days WFO)

Shift : 3 PM to 12 AM

Notice period : Immediate (Preferred)

Mandate Skills : SharePoint Online Architecture & Governance, Microsoft 365, Power Apps/ Power Automate/ Power BI, Framework, React.js or TypeScript, REST API.

About the role :

We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint Architect to define and drive the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and modernization of our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role will provide strategic direction to the SharePoint Architect, Developer, and Analyst team, ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned collaboration solutions. The Lead Architect will oversee platform stabilization post-migration, establish enterprise governance standards, drive digital transformation initiatives, and serve as the senior technical authority for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Strategy & Architecture :

- Define the long-term SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Establish enterprise architecture standards, hub strategies, information architecture, and scalable design frameworks

- Drive modernization initiatives and platform transformation programs

- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and define adoption strategy

- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications based on client requirements.

- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Governance, Risk & Compliance :

- Own enterprise governance frameworks including provisioning, lifecycle management, retention, DLP, sensitivity labeling, and external sharing policies

- Design secure external collaboration models using Azure AD B2B and Conditional Access

- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness

- Establish platform controls and monitoring strategies

Technical Leadership & Oversight :

- Provide architectural oversight for SPFx development, Power Platform automation, and integrations

- Approve solution designs and ensure adherence to enterprise standards

- Act as final escalation authority for critical platform issues

- Oversee performance optimization and scalability planning

- Hands on experience on Migrations.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership :

- Lead and mentor SharePoint Developer, and Analyst resources

- Engage with clients and business stakeholders to translate strategy into technical execution

- Present architecture decisions and trade-offs to senior management

- Establish documentation standards, governance policies, and operational runbooks

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement :

- Drive post-migration remediation and stabilization efforts

- Identify technical debt and prioritize modernization roadmap

- Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of the SharePoint estate

Required Qualifications :

- 06 to 10 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystems

- Extensive experience in enterprise SharePoint Online architecture and governance

- Deep expertise in Power Platform (complex automation, connectors, governance controls)

- Strong knowledge of SPFx, React, TypeScript, REST/Graph API integrations

- Proven experience implementing enterprise-grade security and compliance frameworks

- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
