As an SAP FICO Lead, you will drive end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations and enhancements, working closely with business stakeholders in the banking/financial services domain.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will actively contribute to configuration, design, and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

- Perform hands-on configuration in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, COPA, Product Costing).

- Work closely with banking stakeholders on core finance, payments, and reconciliation processes.

- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and functional specifications.

- Manage integration with MM, SD, Treasury, and Banking interfaces.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit, and statutory reporting.

- Lead and mentor a team while ensuring delivery excellence and timelines.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (mandatory).

- Proven hands-on expertise in configuration and issue resolution.

- Deep knowledge of:

- General Ledger (New GL / S/4HANA Finance).

- Accounts Payable & Receivable.

- Asset Accounting.

- Cost Center Accounting & COPA.

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.

- Strong exposure to payment processes, DME (Data Medium Exchange), and bank integrations.

- Experience in 2+ end-to-end implementations as Lead or Senior Consultant.

Good to Have :

- SAP FICO / S/4HANA Certification.

- Experience in multi-country or global rollouts.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps and embedded analytics.

- Finance background (CA / CMA / MBA Finance).
