Job Description :

FICA Consultant / Lead

3+ years of experience

Location : Chennai/ Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on SAP BRIM FICA (Convergent Invoicing/Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) processes.

- Configure core FICA areas payments, clearing, dunning, collections, refunds, and write-offs.

- Support billing & invoicing processes and related integrations.

- Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.

- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live support.

- Work on integrations with SAP modules like FICO and other BRIM components.

- Handle incident resolution and support activities in AMS/implementation projects.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in SAP BRIM FICA.

- Basic to good hands-on configuration experience.

- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and collections processes.

- Exposure to SAP project lifecycle (implementation/support).

- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

- Ability to work in Agile/fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to SAP BRIM (CI, SOM, CC).

- Experience in Telecom or subscription-based business models.
