We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting Consultant with strong hands-on experience in New Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and exposure to multi-country implementations (NA, Europe, APAC).

Role Overview :

As an SAP FI-AA Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Asset Accounting solutions in S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards and enabling efficient asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting (FI-AA) solutions aligned to business requirements

- Work extensively on New Asset Accounting with hands-on system configuration

Configure and manage :

- Chart of Depreciation & Asset Classes

- Depreciation Areas & Depreciation Keys

Manage complete asset lifecycle processes :

- Acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, retirement, and intercompany transfers

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets

- Drive asset accounting processes across multiple geographies (NA, Europe, APAC)

- Work with business finance teams to optimize asset-related accounting processes

- Utilize SAP Fiori apps for asset accounting operations and reporting

- Support reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FI-AA (New Asset Accounting)

- Proven hands-on configuration experience (mandatory)

Deep expertise in :

- Asset Accounting structures and configuration

- Depreciation setup and asset lifecycle management

- Experience in multi-country/global implementations

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and asset accounting standards

- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps for FI-AA

Global Exposure (Preferred) :

- Experience working with North America, Europe, and APAC regions

- Knowledge of local accounting and compliance requirements across geographies
