Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Integration & Automation Specialist who can build and manage workflows by connecting Airtable with multiple tools and systems.

This role is not focused on core development, but on automation, integrations, and business process optimization using no-code/low-code tools.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Build and manage end-to-end workflows using Airtable + integration tools

- Integrate Airtable with platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, CRMs, and third-party systems

- Automate business processes across HR, sales, operations, and reporting workflows

- Design data flows, triggers, and automation logic between systems

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations and integrations

- Work closely with business teams to convert requirements into automation-driven solutions

- Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and process efficiency

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience with Airtable / Make (Integromat) / workflow automation tools

- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks)

- Experience working with Airtable or similar tools (Notion, HubSpot, etc.)

- Strong understanding of automation logic, triggers, and workflows

Experience integrating tools like :

- CRMs
