Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Lead to spearhead our mobile engineering initiatives in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap and architectural standards for our high-scale mobile applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless, high-performance mobile experiences. By driving technical excellence and mentoring a high-performing team, you will directly influence our products scalability, user retention, and overall market competitiveness, ensuring our mobile ecosystem remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust, scalable mobile applications using React Native to ensure long-term maintainability and performance for our growing user base.

- Lead the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch monitoring, to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

- Optimize mobile app performance by identifying bottlenecks, reducing load times, and streamlining memory usage to provide a frictionless experience for end-users.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to iterate on app features, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business objectives and user experience goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex mobile architectures using React Native, with a deep understanding of state management, bridge optimization, and native module integration.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues, including frame drops, memory leaks, and network latency, to maintain high-performance standards across diverse device ecosystems.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing technical projects and guiding engineering teams toward successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.

- A minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong preference for candidates who have scaled consumer-facing applications.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, maintaining high levels of collaboration and productivity within a distributed team structure.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
