Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineer robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native to ensure a consistent experience across both Android and iOS platforms.

- Design modular mobile app architectures that prioritize performance, security, and ease of future feature integration for our end users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on product features, ensuring that technical implementation aligns perfectly with design specifications and business goals.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, debugging complex issues, and implementing efficient state management solutions to enhance user retention.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade mobile applications using React Native, with a deep understanding of the bridge between JavaScript and native modules.

- Proven ability to navigate the nuances of Android and iOS ecosystems, including handling platform-specific UI/UX patterns and deployment processes.

- Strong foundation in mobile app architecture, including experience with design patterns, API integration, and offline data synchronization.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile development.
