Mobikwik - Quality Assurance Engineer/Manager

Role Overview :

As a QA Engineer Manager at ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS LIMITED, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, you will lead a team of QA engineers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our fintech products. You will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, building and maintaining automation frameworks, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our users and contributes to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and other relevant tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

- Oversee the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling continuous testing and faster release cycles.

- Conduct API testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our backend services.

- Perform GUI and UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.

- Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to improve software quality and prevent future issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex software systems.

- Proven expertise in designing and building automated test frameworks using Selenium and other relevant tools.

- Strong understanding of API testing principles and techniques.

- Experience with GUI and UX testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 9 to 15 years of experience in QA and software testing.
