About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to lead quality assurance efforts across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, performance validation, and mentoring junior QA team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement test strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman and validate RESTful services.

- Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

- Track and manage defects using JIRA and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct reviews of test cases and automation scripts.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Test Automation - Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.

- API Testing - Proficiency with Postman and REST API validation.

- Performance Testing - Knowledge of tools like JMeter or similar.

- CI/CD Integration - Experience integrating tests into pipelines.

- Test Strategy - Ability to design comprehensive test plans and strategies.

- Bug Tracking - Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.

- Mentoring - Experience guiding junior QA team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

- Knowledge of security and compliance testing.
