ML Benchmarking Engineer

Description :

- Benchmark ML models on advanced hardware platforms (e.g., Turing, HTP)

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for ML model evaluation

- Build and optimize CI pipelines for data and model ingestion

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions with custom SoCs and hardware accelerators

- Debug across software and hardware layers

- Contribute to continuous improvement of benchmarking methodologies and tools

Required Skills :

- 3-8 years of experience in benchmarking ML models on hardware platforms

- Proficient in Python and C/C++

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks

- Experience working with hardware accelerators and custom SoCs

- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred :

- Experience with eNPU or similar neural processing units

- Prior exposure to custom ML hardware platforms

- Contributions to ML benchmarking or automation tools

Mandatory Skills ML Benchmarking Engineer :

ML Model Benchmarking Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in benchmarking ML models on hardware platforms

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Turing / HTP (Hexagon Tensor Processor)

Programming Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Good experience in C / C++

ML Frameworks :

Working knowledge of :

- PyTorch

- TensorFlow

Experience working with :

- Hardware accelerators

- Custom SoCs

- Understanding of ML deployment on embedded / hardware platforms

Test Automation :

- Experience developing or maintaining test automation frameworks

- Automation for ML model evaluation

CI/CD Pipeline Experience :

- Building and optimizing CI pipelines

- Experience with model/data ingestion workflows

Debugging Skills :

Strong debugging skills across :

- Software layers

- Hardware layers

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams
