As we scale, we are expanding into advanced security verticals such as Email Security, Cloud Security, AI-powered CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) , Breach simulation and AI SOC.

We are shipping cybersecurity products from India for the world.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Translate business requirements into clear, technically feasible product specifications. Engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system design.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Customer Focus : Gather feedback from users, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to

continuously improve product offerings.

- Execution : Prioritize features, define MVPs, and manage agile sprints. Own the backlog and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

- Documentation & Communication : Maintain clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, workflows) and communicate product status and strategy to internal and external Stakeholders.

- Lead agile product development processes, managing sprints, backlogs, and release cycles.

Work closely with security and engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on features across :

- Phishing Simulation

- Risk Scoring (Employee & Org)

- GRC Workflows

- Threat Intelligence, Dark Web & Brand Monitoring

- Cloud & Email Security (Upcoming)

- ASM & DLP

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in a product management or technical product management role

- Proven experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS products

- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, architecture, and Agile methodologies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific (CrowdStrike CCFA, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.

- Experience in MSSP, cyber security or consulting environments is highly preferred.
