Role Overview :

We are looking for Frontend Engineers (SDE I & SDE II) to build modern, scalable, and secure web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences for Mitigatas security and compliance platforms while collaborating closely with backend, product, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Common Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive UI components using Tailwind CSS.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.

- Apply best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following frontend standards.

- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, product managers, and QA teams.

Qualifications :

SDE II : 4-8 years of experience, including ownership of frontend modules and mentoring junior developers.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).

- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, TypeScript, and modern deployment practices is a plus.

- Application Security awareness (OWASP basics, secure frontend practices) is a strong plus.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task prioritization.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and security-aware UI practices.
