Job Title : Backend Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled Backend Developers to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems.

You will work on robust APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven services that power business-critical applications.

This role demands strong problem-solving skills, deep backend expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for seamless integration

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Stay updated with modern Java & Python best practices

- Lead system design and backend architecture for complex applications

- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence

- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical roadmaps and solution design

- Identify and implement architectural and process improvements

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in : Java

- Solid understanding of : Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP-

- Hands-on experience with : Spring / Spring Boot-

- RESTful API design & implementation

- Databases : MySQL, MongoDB-

- Messaging & Caching : Kafka, Redis-

- Version control : Git-

- Cloud exposure : AWS / GCP- , Docker

- Experience with : AWS CloudFormation- is a plus

- Application Security, Cloud Security, or - GRC platform- exposure is a plus
