Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-driven models to solve cybersecurity challenges like anomaly detection, phishing defense, malware pattern identification, and behavioral threat scoring. This role involves close collaboration with security analysts and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL/LLM models for threat detection and security intelligence use cases.

- Analyze large volumes of logs, network traffic data, system events, and security telemetry to identify patterns and build predictive models.

- Build scalable data processing pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and preparing cybersecurity data.

- Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor for performance, drift, and retraining needs.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers and product teams to convert real threat use cases into AI-driven product features.

- Continuously research advancements in AI and cybersecurity and integrate relevant improvements into the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.

- Strong experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embedding models, and inference optimization.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Experience working with cybersecurity-related data sources : SIEM logs, EDR data, network flow logs, cloud security telemetry, etc.

- Understanding of core cybersecurity concepts like threat hunting, malware behavior, SOC workflows, vulnerabilities, or MITRE ATT&CK.

- Experience deploying models in production using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with anomaly detection systems or graph-based threat modeling.

- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).

- Prior experience in cybersecurity product or R&D environments.
