We are looking for a Senior AI professional to join our services and consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply hands-on with modern AI technologies and enjoys working closely with customers to solve real business problems. You will act as a trusted AI advisor, owning solution design and delivery from discovery through implementation.

Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Consultant, you will lead customer-facing AI engagements, translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, production-ready systems. You will balance hands-on development with client communication, solutioning, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AI solution design and delivery for client engagements

- Build, test, and deploy AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks

- Design and implement LLM-based solutions including prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation

- Develop agent-based workflows; experience with Agentforce or similar frameworks is a strong plus

- Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business problems and identify high-value AI use cases

- Translate functional and business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during solutioning and delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, and technical discussions when required

Required Skills and Experience :

- 9- 12 years of overall professional experience, with 4- 6+ years focused on AI, ML, or advanced analytics

- Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments

- Proven experience working with Large Language Models in real-world use cases

- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions

- Strong understanding of AI system architecture, integrations, and data pipelines

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices

- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within consulting or services environments

- Ability to think from a business perspective and articulate value, trade-offs, and ROI
