Job Summary :

You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and intelligent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of GenAI applications, including chatbot frameworks, autonomous tools, and LLM-powered pipelines.

- Collaborate with product and data science teams to define use cases, design prompt chains, and optimize agent behavior.

- Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and manage prompt engineering strategies.

- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environments.

- Mentor junior developers and review code for best practices, performance, and clarity.

- Stay up to date with the latest in AI research, tooling, and model developments.

Must-Have Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Agentic AI systems, task delegation, and multi-agent coordination.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.

- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar agent frameworks.

- Expertise in integrating and querying vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

- Solid understanding of LLM orchestration, memory, context handling, and autonomous tool usage.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and system integration.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to NLP libraries, Hugging Face Transformers, or custom model fine-tuning.

- Understanding of ethical AI, privacy, and security concerns in AI applications.
