Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced JDE to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Migration Lead to lead the assessment, gap analysis, data mapping, and migration planning for transitioning from JD Edwards (JDE) to D365 F&O.

The ideal candidate should have strong ERP implementation experience, hands-on knowledge of JDE and D365 F&O, and proven experience in ERP migration, data mapping, business process assessment, and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the JDE assessment and audit to understand the existing ERP landscape, processes, customizations, integrations, and data.

- Perform current - state vs. future - state gap analysis between JDE and D365 F&O.

- Identify business process gaps, legacy customizations, and opportunities for process standardization.

- Define data migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, and transformation requirements.

- Map JDE data structures and fields to corresponding D365 F&O entities and data models.

- Assess data quality and identify data cleansing requirements before migration.

- Develop migration plans, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.

- Work with functional and technical stakeholders to validate migration requirements and mappings.

- Identify integration requirements between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications.

- Provide recommendations on JDE - to - D365 F&O migration approach, risks, dependencies, and best practices.

- Support migration planning, validation, testing, and issue resolution.

- Prepare documentation including audit findings, gap analysis, data mapping documents, migration strategy, and recommendations.

- Provide expert guidance to the project team throughout the migration initiative.

Must - Have Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, transformation, or migration projects.

- Strong hands - on experience with JD Edwards (JDE).

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

- Proven experience in ERP migration and implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of data migration, data mapping, data cleansing, and validation.

- Experience in conducting ERP audits, assessments, and gap analysis.

- Good understanding of ERP business processes, integrations, and data structures.

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

- Ability to independently lead the assessment and migration planning activities.

Good to Have :

- Experience leading JDE - to - D365 F&O migration projects.

- Knowledge of D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF).

- Experience with D365 F&O Data Entities and integration frameworks.

- Exposure to ERP modernization and legacy system transformation.

- Experience with migration tools, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks.
