Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership & Governance :
- Own the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, cutover, and hyper care.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams including integration developers, architects, QA, and operations.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular status updates, risk reviews, and steering committee briefings.
Technical Oversight :
- Understand Seeburger EDI / MFT and MuleSoft architecture, familiarity with data exchange protocols and integration patterns.
- Coordinate SDLC activities including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment using ICP tooling
- Ensure dual-run capability and rollback readiness during phased cutovers.
Team Enablement :
- Support hiring and onboarding of internal and external resources.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover.
Quality & Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards.
- Oversee UAT, performance validation, and production readiness checks.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in integration or middleware projects.
- Proven experience managing Integrations, EDI, MFT or API-led migration programs.
- High level understanding of MuleSoft and Seeburger MFT (or similar).
- Familiarity with SDLC automation for productivity improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with AI-ready integration platforms and observability tools.
- Exposure to user-centric file exchange models and self-service portals.
- Prior work experience with large-scale enterprise integration programs.
